HELP - Unity Connection 1.2 Greetings length

Hello,

I need to change the greetings on Unity Connection 1.2 to the max. allowed which is 1200 sec. So far I can record up to 1200 sec. from the PC but when I try to record greetings from a phone it stops after 30 seconds. I changed greetings time in COS and in "System Setting"--> "General configuration". Any help is greatly appreciated.

I believe there is also a max greeting length in COS or User parameters which overrides the system setting.
