What if also at Route Pattern level you discard those first digits.?

To resume

For outbound call, users first dial 0 to get E1.

No digits manipulation on route pattern. discarded predot is made on route list to remove the first digit "0" to reach outside.Ex users dials 00130276768

When you hear alerting tone, the display of ip phone is correct "00130276768"

when the remote users answer and call connected, display on ip phone is "0000130276768" instead "0130276768".

on srst mode H323 gateway everything is ok
