which you use to view the interfaces available and the status of those interfaces.
show interface ethernet x/x
under which you can verify the errors / utilisation etc.,
show logs (if u hve enabled logging)
which can give u a fair idea on the error logs etc.,
show processes cpu
to identify the process running with the % utilisation of CPU..
