Question about simulations on 640-801

Unanswered Question
Sep 8th, 2007

If anyone has asked this question already, I apologize. I'm getting ready to take 640-801 by the end of the month and my question is, when you do your simulation(s) on the test, do you have to do a "copy running-config startup-config" for it to count? Also, can we use the older "write memory" command instead?

I have this problem too.

I passed the test(s) last week.

1. I don't know, but do it anyway.

2. I never heard of that command.

Thanks for the suggestion. The next time your on a Cisco device and you update a config just do a "write memory" or "wr m". It's the precursor to "copy start run"

Thank you. I always use it on my practice lab at work, but wasn't sure if the tests would accept it.
