I need your help to customize the Script.

Pls. find the attachment of my current script. Pls. edit my script as follows & send to me:

Welcome prompt- ok

Main menu ? Delete the option 1 for desired extension & 2 for name dial. I want to directly dial to extension or press 0 for operator. ( I recorded the .wav file as 'If you know your desired extension please dial now or press 0 for the operator assistance.?

Other things- ok
