Trying to use the Dialpad in CTIOS to call out, I get a pop-up with CTI Warning at top with message "IPCC error 20999, Call Manager. Unknown call manager failure on operation" in CTIOS Desktop.
What logs can I look at? Is this a JTAPI issue with ICM talking to CallManager?
The Agent can receive calls in queue, just can't use the dial pad to dial out.
