I'm integrating Unity Connection with my CCM setup and it seems the default operator number when you pres 0 is 99990. It will not let me change that user info....how do I replace that with my receptionist line? Thanks for the help!
Try installing the patch SR1 for the unity connection 2.x. It should solve the issue
