Which ASDM version for FWSM 3.1(4.0)?

Hi Sir,

I'm upgrading an FWSM from version 2.3(3) to the Safe Harbor certified version 3.1(4.0).

Release Notes of 3.1(4.0) mentions that ASDM release 5.0F supports FWSM software release 3.1 features.

I checked Software Downloads; the latest 5.0F version is 5.0(3)F. I also noticed the latest version 5.2(2)F is available for FWSM 3.1 and 3.2. Can I use the latter version?

Please advise.

Yes, you can use the ASDM version 5.2(2)F for your FWSM. Version 5.2(2) will be better compared to the other version and may have a few more features also.
