Hi,

Is there any solution to route '999' without having to rely on interdigit timeout. Essentially I would like to route 999 immediately since my dialplan will exlude '99' as leading digits completely.

Hi Ajaz,

Have you tried the "urgent priority" check box on the 999 route pattern that immediately matches the pattern and routes the call without waiting for more digits.

Hope this helps!
