CME 4.1 and 12.4(15T) - No Park available when using Acct softkey

I have just upgraded a system to 12.4(15T) and cme 4.1 due to a bug in an earlier version.

Since upgrading when a user presses the Acct softkey and starts to enter the account code the display shows "No Park Available" this is happening on all phones on the system, 7911's, 7960's, 7931's, the firmware loaded is the 8.x loads that came with the cme4.1 files.

The Acct softkey worked fine previous to upgrade.

Any ideas please ?

This is a typical nasty bug that often happens on cisco products and shows poor software quality assurance and testing.

Please log a case with the TAC, be prepared to present a lot of evidence and be very insistent for a new bug to be filed, then hope for a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
