CiscoWorks LMS2.5 not starting

hi,

We have Ciscoworks Lms2.5 installed on windows server.

It was working ok suddenly after a rebbot i am not able to login to CiscoWorls LMS. It accepts the username and password and then it is blank page.

I rebooted server 2 times but the situation is same. I started windows services mannually. but I think I am still missing some service to start.

It is failing at authenticatuion prompt " browser just says " done" and it's blank page.

Similar problem experienced please share.

Any licensing issue ?

If you run /CSCOpx/bin/pdshow are processes like Apache and Tomcat up and running?

Do you see any error messages in /CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log?

What browser version are you running?

Thanx. Tomcat service was showing running and soetimes not running. so it was stopped mannually for 10 minuts and then started again , then so far so good !

Can u please help me in my next post of password recovery of ciscoworks.

To recover the password which charactors need to be overwriteen by which chara. so that this user will be allowed to login. ( in cwpass file )

As this user is the only "read-write" rest all are read only users.
