Hello, please can anyone help with this problem:
I have just had Unity installed. I am trying to record a greeting for a Call Handler. In the web admin tool I am selecting phone as the recording device and entering the CCM server and extension, I get the following message:
The telephone record and playback service cannot be found on the specified server.
How do I install this service, I cannot find any reference to the service and how to install it onto CCM, I presume that is what I need to do.

In the server name, use the Unity server, not the CCM server. Also, you need to have one or more Unity ports configured for TRaP.
