CCM4.1(3) & SRST3.4 problems for 7912 & lower models

Have an Issue with an SRST configuration and CCM. I have a CCM4.1(3) server & SRST3.4 IOS12.4(6)T7 on a 2801 GW, I have 7960, 7912, 7905 and 7902 IP Phones and the only one that is handling SRST correctly is the 7960 model, the others just don't survived when the CCM is gone.

When IP Phones registered to the CCM the 7960 shows the call manager 1 (CCM) and call manager 2 (GW) IP Address but the others shows only the call manager 1 IP Adress.

Does someone have an idea how to solve this issue. Does it have some relation with firmware version?

Are all the phones using the same device pool ? Incase they are using different device pool's then ensure that SRST Reference is configured on all the device pools.

Yes, all phones are using same device pool.

have any other idea?

thnaks.

Also, the following link lists the firmware which should be used for each phone model for it to work with SRST 3.4.

Sorry I forgot to mentioned that I already took a look at that documentation and have the right load for each IP Phone, I also notices that the documentations shows the same load for the three diferent ip phones (CP7902060000SCCP050124A.sbin), I believe its a misstype because I have CP7912060000SCCP050124A for the 7912 and CP7905060000SCCP050124A for the 7905.

Any other idea about how to fix this problem?

I've tried upgrading the phone firmware to 8.0.2 but the problem continues.

thanks in advance.

The show ephone shows me the following:

ephone-1 Mac:0007.50D5.4F55 TCP socket:[-1] activeLine:0 UNREGISTERED

mediaActive:0 offhook:0 ringing:0 reset:0 reset_sent:0 paging 0 debug:1 caps:7

IP:10.10.50.6 49483 Telecaster 7960 keepalive 11 max_line 6

ephone-2 Mac:0013.1ADC.4F0E TCP socket:[-1] activeLine:0 DECEASED

mediaActive:0 offhook:0 ringing:0 reset:0 reset_sent:0 paging 0 debug:1 caps:7

IP:10.10.50.2 10585 7912 keepalive 0 max_line 0 dual-line

Again, the 7960 is working ok but 7912.
