How do I configure the call Manager to allow a certain phone number to reach a specified extension?
EX.
770-382-2144 to ext 6680036

Do you mean when someone calls 770-382-2144 send it to 6680036?
If yes, then the simplest way is to use Translation Patterns when the extensions are different from the DID digits.

Actually 770-382-2144 is the called number calling into the main number, 6680036 will answer.

called or calling?
If you want to do routing based on ANI (calling number) this can not be done with CallManager alone. You will need to send all calls through IPCC or Unity.

Oops, calling number. We have a Unity server, do we have to setup up call handlers?

No, you can create routing rule based on the ANI digits and send the call to a subscriber. Keep in mind that you will have to route all calls thorugh Unity and you will be limited by the number of Unity ports that you have.

So for this to work, we have a branch site with a main number with FXO to the CLEC, CCM and Unity is at HQ. Branch site has VPN connection to HQ.
When you said all calls, meaning all calls going to the branch site and routed it through Unity so Unity can forward calls based on ANI? I don't have to setup any thing in CCM?
