Inbound VPN connection cannot see all network resources

This is a tough and intermittent issue. Users vpn into the network using Cisco client version 4.6, sometimes cannot access e-mail (Outlook)or browse, ping the network. This usually occurs when the user is coming in on a wireless connection and is not consistent. I'm trying to see if there is anything I missed configuring the PIX 506e before calling Microsoft.

I've seen this happen for different reasons. However, since it only seems to be an issue with just the wireless i would start with this.

Dell WLAN cards.

If that doesn't help i would upgrade the interface drivers and install the latest VPN client.
