Wireless Controller AIR-WLC2106-K9 not see the Access Points

Dear Support,

We have a Wireless Controller AIR-WLC2106-K9 and we can't get it to see or manage the Access Points. We have a range of AP from AP1231 and 1100 models. The IOS Version 4.0.217.0. Can you please advise if I am missing a configuration setting. All help will be appreciated..Thanks in advance Robert

Are the APs autonomous or have they been converted to support LWAPP?

Keep in mind that it may not be possible to convert all your APs to LWAPP and/or the steps may differ from one model to the next. The link above and these forums are the best sources for such info.
