UNITY Service will down automatically!

Hi,

We are running UNITY 4.0.

We are facing some strange problem, like unity services will automatically down and if we start the unity services again ,Unity server will hang. We need to restart the unity server manually.

This problem will happen once every month or two.

Please help us..

Please check the app event viewer to see if there is any warning/error about license. If you don't have enough license, it will stop/hang periodically.

The license error you attached is for Windows. The Unity license is what you need to watch out for.

Does this Unity server have a failover? There is a setting that will cause the primary to automatically fail all ports over if a single port has a problem. Depending on your setup, you might be running into that, but should see it in the event log.

You could be running low on virtual memory or physical memory. But like another suggestion, check the system and app log in windows
