How to configure the Lease line as a backup for VPN S2S

Hi All,

Scenario is like, i have 2 remote locations for which there is a lease line between then and also have the Internet Link at each location. Connectivity is like LAN->FW->Router--->Router->FW->LAN

Internet link is terminating on ASA FW. Requirement is Mail traffic should be on VPN and when internet link fails it should be shift to Lease line.
