CUCM 5.1 NTP problem on Subscriber

Hello,

I've got a strange problem with NTP synchro in CUCM 5.1.

My publisher is synchronized with an NTP server, but the subscriber server can't synchronize with the Publisher server, it says that the Publisher is not accessible.

As soon as remove NTP synchro on the Publisher and set the time manually, the subscriber can synchronize correctly with the publisher.

Has anyone faced this problem?

Publisher is access via PING.

What NTP error that you are getting on the subscriber?

Try this:

Create and assign, to the device pool showing the wrong time, a different 'Date/Time group' than the previous one (to which the two device pools belonged) and set for it a time offset from the subscriber time/date in order to get the corect time/date on the phones
