BRI slow to dial

Hi All

CME 4 with Bri connection takes about 20 seconds to establish an outgoing call via BRI.

Where do I start to diagnose problem?

Port setup as follows:

interface BRI0/2/0

no ip address

isdn switch-type basic-net3

isdn point-to-point-setup

isdn incoming-voice voice

isdn static-tei 0

isdn skipsend-idverify

normal dial-peer with 9T setup for outgoing calls.

Please add "isdn sending-complete" under interface. If no change, please send the usual debug isdn q931, preceded by a "show clock" at the time you press #.

Does it happens with all the numbers ?
