We are getting complaints from users that they are not receiving all the voicemails that are left for them. In testing, we discovered that the minimum duration of a message in CUE is 3 seconds. We are discussing the possibility that some of our test messages are less than 3 seconds and are therefore being dropped.

It seems strange that the minimum is set to 3 seconds. Can someone confirm this, and can you also tell me if it can be changed? A message like "test message 1" can easily be less than 3 seconds...
