I created a script for incomming calls to play a greeting and then just queue until the agent is available. Problem im having is it plays the greeting, rings to transfer and then goes to play sorry prompt rather than the queue. I have attached my script to see if anyone can help me find where the mistake is. Thanks for you all for your input.

You never set the CSQ name properly, you have s switch looking at calledNumber but there is nothing done under the corresponding labels. As a result one you get to the Select Resource Step you are utilizing CSQ varaible, since it is not defined as a parameter I know you dont overrite it from the application level, hence the CSQ name is "".
