Can a CUE module support multiple CMEs? Like having one CME integrate via SIP with CUE, then have another CME integrate with that one via H.323 call forward and SIP MWI (similar to how you would support multiple CMEs with Unity).

Hi, it isn't supported, you can see it at the CUE design guide "Unsupported Deployments":
