Hi All,
Is it possible to limit the call conversations on cisco call manager express?
We have CCME 4.2 and want to limit call duration with 3 minutes. Is this possible?
(and i also wonder is it also possible on cisco comm. manager, either)?

Hi Aykut,
I can't comment on CME but in CCM set;
CCM Admin page go to Service--->Service Parameters Select the Cisco Callmanager service."Maximum Call Duration Timer".

I have made a detailed search but could not find a way on ccme, i guess, not possible on ccme.

Aykut,
a TCL/IVR script would be able to do this. Please indicate how you would you limit duration, which set of parameters, note you would need an announcement for courteousness.
