is it possible to downgrade the running license???

Cisco Application Administration - 4.5(2)SR02_Build014 is running and we bought Premium upgrade from Basic.

But Cisco sent us Enhanced. And still (more than a month has passed from first emailing) send us BAsic to Premium license file.

It has yet occurred in another installation but Cisco License Man solved

the issue sending us an Enhanced to Premium.

Not this time. It seems they don't understand our (their) problem or our English.

So i'm askin you if downgrade solution is possible without resetting from start the installation (it is working).
