Does anyone know if after this patch update, the CAD/CSD is forcibly updated through the auto-upgrade process?

If so, is it sufficient for the logged on user to have Power User privileges, rather than local administrative privileges?

After this upgrade at customer site I used local admin rights to upgrade CAD/CSD. Power user wasn't enough.

After upgraded to SR1, the users started CAD and got a prompt for upgrade. Users simply click Yes to have it upgraded. No need for special privilege to do that.
