HI.

I'm configuring the 1841 with QoS and a frame-relay link (512 k). The cloud is MPLS

I have 5 class of QoS.

With map-class with:

frame-relay cir 512000

frame-relay mincir 512000

frame-relay bc 5120

frame-relay be 0

frame-relay fragment 640

frame-relay adaptive-shaping becn

service-policy output Customer-NewPolicy

All class traffic data but voice class not.

Serial with map-class:

frame-relay mincir 256000

frame-relay bc 2560

frame-relay be 0

frame-relay fragment 320

frame-relay adaptive-shaping becn

service-policy output Customer-NewPolicy

All class traffic data and voice class too.

What's problem? The link isn't 512kbps?

That looks strange, but it does look like you are exceeding your CIR. Feeding the traffic in at 512k, the provider seems to be dropping enough traffic to disturb your voice traffic. Is the provider quoting 512k CIR, or just the link?

The other thing is, what about the link on the other side of the cloud. Does that have sufficient bandwidth?
