Can anybody please tell me if its possible to configure NetFlow on a PIX firewall, and if so how ?

I'm 99.99 percent sure you cannot have netflow on a PIX.

Ok, so you cannot do netflow on a pix. You can however do some traffic logging via syslog... see here.
