Hi, I have configured an AutoAttendant and I have the follow problem:

- For external incoming calls, not works. I think that is for the codec. I?m using G711 in the AA. The incoming calls i?m using a H323 router.

- For internal calls works very fine. IP Phones are using G711 codec.

Any idea?

So you are using G.711 everywhere?

What is the symptom? Are you hearing busy, or the call hangs up?

One thing to check is Calling Search Space and parition configuration.

Check the CSS applied to the Gateway and make sure it has the partition assigned to the CTI Ports and CTI Route Points listed.

I?m using in the gateway dialpeer g711alaw. In the CRA g711ulaw and IP phones.

The symptom: I ear one ring back and immediately busy tone.

The CRA are in the same CCS that the IP Phones and have the same Partition too.

In the GW i added in the voice class codec 1:

codec preference 4 g711ulaw . Now in the call history command show:

DisconnectText=user busy (17)

Any idea?
