I am reviewing the db_cra database structure. I am seeing a profileid column throughout the table. Can anybody explain what it is? How is it set and what is it used for?

The databases reside on the IPCC Express server, if IPCC Express is not colocated with the Call Manager. Since MSDE is installed, so you will not see Enterprise Manager. From the Call Manager server, open an SQL server registration to the IPCC Express server.
