1w2d: PVC IE 0x7, length 0x6, dlci 100, status 0x2, bw 0
What does the dlci 100 status 0x2 indicate?

It means the PVC is ACTIVE.
0x0 means INACTIVE
Also, the entire LMI string means the device is running CISCO LMI type as opposed to ANSI or Q933a.
