I am experiencing Unity server runs out of disk space in D drive (exchange server). There are hundred of log files (each takes 5m in MDBDATA. I delete these files manually), restart the server, Unity resumes to normal operation. Is there an automated way process in Unity or NT2000 to delete the old log files. I welcome suggestions from other Unity sites. Regards

This uses the built in tools from Windows. You can also a third party tool like Veritas, etc

This is actually Exchange creating it's log files. You will need to backup the server. This will reset your logs files after they are backed up. Exchange clear them automatically.

If you do not backup your server, then you will need to setup circular logging on your Exchange server. This will then auto delete Exchange logs every X days. (normally 5 or 7).

I am not an NT engineer, do you have detail procedures to prepare the back up? It will be great help for dummy like me.
