Configuring FWSM multiple contexts on 6509.

I have configured FWSM to firewall my serverfarm. On the server farm i have different servers running different OS platforms. I have experienced difficulties with servers running linux/unix OSs.For a start i have allowed all IP and ICMP traffic to and out of the serverfarm VLAN for testing. I can pass traffic on all Windows platforms but not the linux ones. I have correct gateway addresses configured and NAT0 configuration. What do i need to do to pass traffic successfully.

Regards

Winnie.

Hi

From the title is it safe to assume you have the linux/Unix machines on a different context ?

Could you send copies of windows and unix contexts (minus any sensitive info).

Jon

Thanks for your reply Jon,

We have all the servers on the same context.
