Website name? with the phone tools, freeware, etc?

I cant remember the name of the website that all the cool tools for the IP phones and desktop. It was a free and had stuff for controlling the phone (dialing from desktop, etc)

Thats one site. There was another site I found last year that had really great stuff. Cant find the link now. It was well organized, etc.
