There is stack of two Catalyst 3750E-24T and of two Catalyst 3750E-12S. On the two Catalyst 3750E-24T configured Cross-stack Etherchannel (interface Port-channel1) is bundling interfaces GigabitEthernet 1/0/1 and GigabitEthernet 2/0/1 in the mode 'on'. This Port-channel connected to Port-channel on Catalyst 2960 (interface Port-channel1) which is bundling Interfaces GigabitEthernet 0/1 and GigabitEthernet 0/2 in the mode 'on' too. I have next result:
Switch3750E-24# show etherchannel 1 summary
Flags: D - down P - bundled in port-channel
I - stand-alone s - suspended
H - Hot-standby (LACP only)
R - Layer3 S - Layer2
U - in use f - failed to allocate aggregator
M - not in use, minimum links not met
u - unsuitable for bundling
w - waiting to be aggregated
d - default port
Number of channel-groups in use: 8
Number of aggregators: 8

If to use 'shutdown' command on the interface GigabitEthernet 1/0/1 then Port-channel don't have bundled port at all, but have status 'up' and is working, only is not displaying.
What is it? Is it bug or features of a IOS Release?

The latter two commands you're doing look a little more in-depth into the switch asic programming. These commands often dont have cross-switch visibility, which is why you're only seeing information that pertains to the switch you're on.
For the other half of the information try this:
remote command 2 show etherchannel 1 port
remote command 2 show etherchannel 1 port-channel
OR
remote command all show etherchannel 1 port
remote command all show etherchannel 1 port-channel

The using 'remote command' don't display interface GigabitEthernet2/0/1 in Port-channel too. It's only this IOS Release. In the previous Releases all commands worked correctly.
