can i combine this? for example... in my inside everything is blocked.. then i want to connectto the asawith the vpn client.. and access all ports "inside" when connected?

Any vpn feature is incompatible with transparent firewall.
If you want to have transparent firewall on ASA, you will lose all vpn functionality on ASA.
