The "?" button's on all phones result in a host not found error.
According to TAC support this is by design, in CME. This button only is working in CCM..
I think this is rather crazy, because now every time a user will click this button and receive the "Host not found" error questions are going to be asked ;)
Does anybody know a way around this in CME, because it probably looks for a file? debugging TFTP didn't result in anything.
Any ideas how to make this better, or even change the error message?

Did you ever get a response to this?

I'm disappointed that Cisco didn't implement any help button features for CME. It is very confusing to have the default behavior show a "host not found" message.
You can configure the URL that the help button loads:
config t
telephony-service
url information http://unityexpress/voiceview/common/login.do
I generally use the Unity Express voiceview URL (like above) if there are no other specific XML services that would be useful.
