I'm having a strange issue when trying to record a message for a customer Main Greeting Call Handler. I have Unity Connection 1.2 and when I select System Call Handlers - Edit - Messages - then play/record button under messages, then in the record I have selected Phone, once I strart the record and give it the number to call, it locks up the admin page and never calls the number. This is happening at a customers site and my home lab. I have no special CSS or PT setup to not allow UC to call CCM 5.X

Hi Tony,
It almost sounds like you are hitting this bug;
CSCsf23428 Bug Details
Phone Callback Setting dialog hanging the JVM
Symptom:
When attempting to play or record a Greeting using the Media Master on the web browser the webpage seems to freeze and has to be killed.
If Java console is open during this process it also seems to lock.
Conditions:
Unity Connection 1.2.1
Workaround:
1. Prior to initiating the TRaP operation
2. Open the "Options->Playback & Record" dialog
3. Select the "Use Phone" in the playback and record device sections
4. Select "Other number" in the "Alternate Phone Number" section
5. Put the callback number in the editable field
6. click the "OK" button
7. Will work as expected.
NOTE 3: Once it is configured in this way; you don't have to do it again unless you access from a different Windows account or workstation.
You can also install Cisco Unity Connection 1.2(1)ES22 or 1.2(1)SR1.
Hope this helps!
Rob
