What are the currently known caveats that prevent the latest Cisco 5.0 VPN client from maintaining an established connection to a VPN 3005 Concentrator?
I can establish an initial connection, if I initialize the VPN client from scratch, but it shortly disconnects after a random period of time. If I then try to reconnect, with the client still loaded, it never re-establishes a connection. If I close the client completely and relaunch, it will re-establish a connection but will repeat the disconnection as described above.
The operating system is Vista Business. I am running Vista's built in firewall, and Symantec Corporate antivirus client, version 10.2 as protection.
This behavior does not happen on my Windows XP SP2 system, with the same firewall and AV client.
