7920 hangs not hook flash softkey call waiting

I have a CME ver 4.1 on a 2811. I also have a 7920 wireless with 2 FXO PSTN connections.

With 7920 phone load cmterm_7920.4.0-02-00.bin, the hook flash appears but hangs when it receives a call.

We upgraded to cmterm_7920.4.0-03-00.bin but the hook flash softkey does not appear but it solves the hanging issue. So it solves an issue but breaks another.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Quick update:

Cisco TAC told us to upgrade to 4.0-03 and waiting for my team to confirm this fixed the issue. Thanks.
