Ring No Answer

IPCCX support ring no answer feature, if call present to agent, but agent is away from the phone without press Not Ready. The call will ring for a while and it will return to queue. At that time, system will automatically Not Ready that agent. I would like to ask whether this automatically Not Ready feature can be disable or not.

you can choose if the Ring No Answer feature changes the agent state to 'Ready' or 'Not Ready'.

You can do it in the 'System -> Enterprise Parameters' menu in the AppAdmin web page.

This property applies to all the agents.

Also note this is an enteprise setup. If you have multiple groups then they will be changed as well. The industry standard is to put this feature as designed and explain the user community the benefits. This is helpful in long run plus callers will appreciate it.
