I have a dout regarding the output of serial interface.Below output ...Its mentioned Availiable Bandwidth 88 Kbps.What does this exactly means.Is it some thing related to T1/E1 max bandwidth which an interface can use. ...Please help me regarding this

Thanks for your update ...I think CIR is comming in Frame relay concept..I ve changed Availiable bandwith using the command Max-reserved-Bandwodth 100 % but ..the changes i observed is from 88 Kbps it went to 648Kbps ...still didint understand ...the same ...Can some one help me
