Hi,
We have IPCC express (3.5.3) and CCM Co-resident with AD integration.When try to sync up or login to CAD we are getting error as attached.
Can some one guide/help with document/solution to very the LDAP integration

Hi Karuna,
I just have the same problem and no luck with the documentation, however I checked the services on UCCX (My version is 5.0) I saw that there is a service called "Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor" and it was not started. After I started it, it worked immediately.

Thanks for your reply, I hope the mentioned service will be available from 4.x, I couldn't find the service in 3.5.
