Hi Everyone,
I believe that it is possible to order MCS servers with CCM 5.1 pre-loaded.
Apparently you can use the Top level Part Number "CALLMANAGER-5.1" to do this ?
Is this the case or does something else need to be "ordered" to have the MCS arrive with CCM pre-loaded ?
Many thanks,
Matt

Hi Matt,
The part # should show this (CMA2) for the MCS to come pre-loaded with CCM 5.1. Have a look;
MCS7835I2-K9-CMB1 (preloaded with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.0)
MCS7835I2-K9-CMA2 (preloaded with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.1)
From this doc;
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/voiceapp/ps378/products_data_sheet0900aecd805718a8.html
MCS7825H3-K9-CMB1 (preloaded with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.0)
MCS7825H3-K9-CMA2 (preloaded with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.1)
From this doc;
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/voiceapp/ps378/products_data_sheet0900aecd805efb14.html
The top level part # should probably have this as well :)
Hope this helps!

Hi Rob,
it does - many thanks.
I have a Bill Of Materials given to me from my Pre-Sales Consultant and it includes:
MCS7835H2-K9-CMA2
However, another question - I presume 'pre-loaded' means simply that the software is stored on the MCS and the full Install process still has to be carried out ?
Wouldn't it be nice if all we had to do was enter usernames, passwords etc :-)
Best wishes,
Matt
