Solved: Configure Network profiles on 7921 phones

How to configure or import config file on more phones at the same time?

And any link for USB driver for 7921 please.

Would check device manager to ensure the NIC is installed properly. If listed as unknown device or something else, then will need to reinstall the driver. The files are extracted to C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\Cisco IP Phone CP-79xx USB Driver\7921G. Once NIC is installed and configuring an IP (i.e. 192.168.1.101), should be able to ping the phone.

Hi!

Well, I have a problem with the usb connection. I have installed the hot fix for Windows Xp Sp2, and then I have installed the driver.

The problem comes when I have to configure the USB LAN connection. There is no new Lan Connection to configure...

Some idea?
