VoIP Integration with custom PC applications

We're considering a Cisco VoIP solution, but was wondering about PC integration. We would need a call menu/routing system that prompted users for their ID#, then routed that call to the appropriate IP phone, and also entered the ID# into a custom application on their PC (Windows XP).

What Cisco products would be required for that? Sizing is about 50 phones.


I have this problem too.
