hi ,

i install DUCS client and when i try to open a voice mail i receive the following error : (ducs client for domino is not installed ) ,

Hi,

Go into Add/Remove programs and uninstall the DUC csClient. Then re-run the DUC csClient installation. Make sure that you check the box to modify the user's mail file. The box is not checked by default.

thanks i solved my problem by add 3 lignes in the notes.ini files

ExtMgr_Addins=ucclient

UCVersion=1.2.3

UCLogLevel=1
