IPCCX 4.0 Can't Hear IVR prompts

I have uploaded the default icd script and am able to transfer calls to agents but i cannot hear the 'welcome' IVR prompt. I am getting some errors in the MIVR log which looks like this

I have this problem too.

Please describe your problem bitmore. Is every thing including prompts are local to ipcc? seems some things cannot be found or duplicated.

Hi Baseer,

Yes, everything is local. I am just trying to setup a lab environment. Everything seems to be setup up fine. It is only the IVR prompts that i cannot hear.

Check weather you have prompts in default directory in CRS admin.

run the debug of your script see if its hitting the prompts.

Try using one of the system prompts if it works then you know your custom prompts are not ulaaw... format try saving promptw with cisco supported format.
