For CCIE Account merge issue

Dear all:


Recently I took the CCIE written; however, I found The Cisco do cretae an new account for me, but not merge or add the record into my previous CCIE Profile. And the web site: www.cisco.com/go/certsupport did not have the way to solve the problem. I expect that it was cause by the different test center. So, can anyone provide the suggest to solve it? Thansk for any recommandation.

You need to log a case and ask them to merge the profiles. I got caught with that as all my previous exams had been with prometric, but I had to do the latest with Pearson, despite giving all the info, it didn't quite fully match up...

Hello Paul,

I have the same problem and I've just opened a case with certsupport.


When I've created the vue profile there was no way to set the Candidate-ID.

I learned the vue id on the cisco tracking site.(I don't see it in vue web site)

My original CCIE profile is tied to SP id and I cannot change it.


Now there are two records in the CCIE database.


How long it took to have the records merged ?
