Hi,
I am having IPCC Enterprise 7.0.
Is there any way like I can get the caller ID's of the abandoned calls in the historical reports so that I can call back them?

The Call ANI number is displayed on "Abandoned Call Detail Activity Report" and "Agent Detail Report".
